Refund & Return Policy

At ScrollAR4U Technologies Private Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality, innovative educational experiences through both our physical and digital products. However, if you’re not satisfied or encounter an issue, this policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Physical Products (AR Books, Flashcards, Merchandise, etc.)

Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return or replacement.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at info@scrollar.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or video proof of the defect/damage
  2. Our support team will verify and approve your return request within 3 business days.
  3. Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product to our address.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

Replacement or Refund:

  • If approved, we will either:
    • Send a free replacement within 7-10 business days, or
    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Digital Products (Apps, Subscriptions, In-App Purchases)

Refund Policy:

  • Due to the instant and intangible nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for:
    • Downloaded content
    • Activated subscriptions
    • In-app purchases
  • Exceptions may apply in rare cases of:
    • Technical failure where the product is completely inaccessible
    • Duplicate transactions

To request a digital refund, contact us within 3 days of purchase at info@scrollar.com with details of the issue and transaction ID.


3. Franchise, Licensing, and Bulk Orders

  • All franchise fees, training charges, and licensing payments are non-refundable once paid.
  • Customized or bulk orders (e.g., school or business packages) are not eligible for standard returns unless defective.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a ScrollAR4U error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover return shipping charges.
  • If returned for other reasons (e.g., customer remorse), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
